2.1. JR Purple Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:
– Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
– Social Media Optimization (SMO)
– Website Development
– Reputation Management
– Social Media Management
– Client Management System
– Campaign tracking and reporting
– Performance analytics
– Client communication portal
– KPI monitoring and reporting
– Agency Platform integration
2.2. Service Delivery
– All services are delivered according to agreed-upon project scopes and timelines
– Services are subject to our standard operating procedures and best practices
– For SEO services, we offer a money-back guarantee if clients do not see an upward trend in Google rankings during the service period. This guarantee is subject to:
– Client’s full compliance with SEO recommendations
– Completion of at least one full service cycle
– Proper tracking and documentation of initial rankings
– Regular monitoring and reporting through our Client Management System
– Client Management System access is provided based on service package selection
– Regular reporting and analytics are provided through our designated platform
2.3. Client Management System Terms
– Login credentials are provided upon service initiation
– Access is limited to authorized personnel only
– Data retention policies apply as per platform guidelines
– System availability may be subject to maintenance windows
– Training and support for system usage is available
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1. Payment Terms
– All prices are quoted in US Dollars
– Payment schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements
– Initial payments must be received before work begins
3.2. Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee
3.2.1. General Refund Policy
– All sales are final unless otherwise specified in individual service agreements
– Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
3.2.2. SEO Services Money-Back Guarantee
a) Eligibility:
– Applies to SEO service packages only
– Client must have completed at least 3 full billing cycle
– Client must have implemented all critical SEO recommendations
– Website must remain accessible and unchanged during the service period
– Client must maintain active communication and cooperation
b) Guarantee Terms:
– Full refund will be issued if no upward trend in Google rankings is observed
– Rankings are measured through our tracking system for agreed-upon keywords
– Baseline rankings will be documented at service commencement
– Monthly progress reports will track ranking changes
c) Claim Process:
– Claims must be submitted in writing
– Supporting documentation from our tracking system must be provided
– Claims will be reviewed within 5 business days
– Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
d) Exclusions:
– Algorithm updates or major Google changes affecting all websites
– Force majeure events
– Client-initiated website changes without consultation
– Violation of Google’s guidelines
– Non-payment or late payment of services
– Incomplete implementation of recommendations
e) Measurement Criteria:
– Rankings will be tracked for primary agreed-upon keywords
– Measurements will use our professional SEO tracking tools
– Geographic targeting will be specified in the service agreement
– Mobile and desktop rankings will be considered separately
f) Refund Coverage:
– Refund applies to the SEO portion of the first 3 billing cycles
– Setup fees and third-party costs may be non-refundable
– Additional services (website development, SMO, etc.) are not included
– Refund is limited to actual amounts paid for SEO services
3.2.3. Documentation Requirements
Clients must maintain and provide:
– Initial service agreement
– Proof of implementation of SEO recommendations
– Access to analytics and tracking tools
– Communication records regarding SEO strategy
– Record of any website changes during service period
3.2.4. Dispute Resolution
– Any disputes regarding the guarantee will be handled through our standard dispute resolution process
– Third-party mediation may be used if necessary
– All decisions regarding guarantee claims are final
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. Clients agree to:
– Provide accurate and timely information
– Respond to requests for approval or feedback within agreed timeframes
– Maintain necessary access credentials and permissions
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. Ownership
– Clients retain ownership of their original content and materials
– JR Purple Marketing retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and processes
– Client Management System access only to active customer accounts.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1. Both parties agree to:
– Maintain confidentiality of business information
– Protect sensitive data and client information per our privacy policy
– Not disclose proprietary information to third parties
7. TERMINATION
7.1. Either party may terminate services:
– With 14 days written notice
– Immediately for breach of contract
– As specified in individual service agreements
8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
8.1. JR Purple Marketing:
– Is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
– Limits liability to the amount paid for services
– Makes no guarantees regarding specific results except as described in our refund coverage section above
9. REFERRAL PROGRAM
9.1. Terms:
– 5% discount for qualified referrals
– Referral benefits subject to successful client acquisition
10. MODIFICATIONS
10.1. JR Purple Marketing reserves the right to:
– Modify these terms with notice to clients
– Update pricing and service offerings
– Adjust delivery methods as needed
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, United States.

13. CLIENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SPECIFIC TERMS
13.1. Access and Usage
– Clients receive unique login credentials
– Credentials must not be shared with unauthorized users
– System access is valid for the duration of the service agreement
13.2. Data Management
– Client data is stored securely within the system
– Regular backups are performed
– Data retention follows industry standards
– Clients can request data exports within reasonable timeframes
13.3. System Availability
– The system is available 24/7 except during scheduled maintenance
– Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance
– Emergency maintenance may be performed as needed
– Support is available during business hours
13.4. Reporting
– Regular reports are generated through the system
– Custom report requests may incur additional fees
– Report scheduling can be customized based on client needs
– Historical data is maintained according to package terms
